Eligibility for Refunds
Our refund policy allows customers to request a refund
within 1 to 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original,
unused condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as perishable
goods, health products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for refunds.
Return Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer
support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any
supporting documentation (e.g., photos). Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how
to return your item(s).
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the
customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. In such
cases, Sarge Energy will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for
your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect ttyour returned item, we will
process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5- 10 days. You will be notified
via email when the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount
to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify
us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to replace the item or process a full refund at no additional
cost to you. Be sure to include any relevant photos to expedite the process.
Exchanges
At this time, Sarge Energy does not offer direct
exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process for a refund and
place a new order.
